A River of Candy Corn Runs Through it

We've started decoarting the house for Halloween so we can keep the decoartions up for a week. We've hung plastic spiders, bats and skeletons off all the lamp fixtures, doorhandles and curtain poles, put cobwebs on everything, filled a plastic cauldren with Halloween sweets, hung orange and black tinsel round the door frames, put up pumpkin and witch paper garlands, stuck up Happy Halloween and This House is Haunted signs on the walls and put pumpkin fairy lights around the mantel piece.

I've also put a few decoartions up in my room.

We've got a pumpkin to carve in the fridge and we've having pumpkin soup for tea on Halloween (not home made, I might add, it's from tesco and it's called Hocus Pocus) then going to a Halloween themed comedy thing at our local pub.

Halloween is on tonight on BBC1, so I'm going to watch that I think.
